Contractor EHS Audits

Provided safety, health and environmental audit services to a large multi-national firm. The audits focused on Contractors, evaluated their compliance status, and assessed the company EHS Management Systems.

The results include a scoring matrix that provides easy reference to the auditee's compliance and systems status.

EHS Metrics/Measurement

This project involved assisting a large contract company with multiple divisions in distilling a large amount of EHS statistical data into a manageable reporting system.

Activities included leading a focus group to identify which safety performance metrics were presently evaluated, how the data was used and how multiple systems (e.g., risk/worker compensation, insurance, EHS, training) could be integrated to provide a cohesive reporting process.

The results include a dashboard system to provide real-time EHS and loss data to executives.

EHS Management Systems

PEC/Premier’s EHS consultation staff has participated in numerous Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management Systems design and implementation.

Projects include conducting gaps analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to efficient EHS system implementation. Working with the client, PEC develops corrective action recommendation.

Our staff works with the client to mentor them through the process of designing and implementing an EHS Management System. Our unique approach encourages top management through front line employee involvement in the design and implementation of the system to achieve maximum buy-in.
